My mind never stopped.
Here is my diary entry from 2018:
Excuse the handwriting I was .. âto put it lightly I was a fucking mess in 2018.
Iâve quoted this journal entry a lot over the years, I remember writing it so vividly as I was in deep emotion.
And itâs crazy looking back at this mindset now. But yes I was in a bad place here. Taken over by negative thoughts.
But I knew I had to do something, I had to take back control of my thoughts, my emotions and get back into the driver's seat of my life.
Everything changed when I found meditation.
At first, it was challenging to quiet my mind, but with time and persistence, I began to notice profound changes.
Meditation helped me calm my racing thoughts, improve my focus, and find a deep sense of inner peace.
My stress levels decreased significantly, and I finally got some sleep!
I felt more present and engaged in my daily life.
Meditation didn't just improve my mental health - it transformed every aspect of my life.
My broken heart was healed. I became more resilient, better able to handle life's challenges, and more in tune with my emotions. I found a sense of purpose and clarity that I had never experienced before.
I was finally living my life with intention and joy.
Now I genuinely enjoy life, everyday I can see something to be grateful for.
