- The meal plans that are sent to you are solely for your use only. Any reproduction or re-selling of the meal plans is forbidden by any means necessary.
- Sineard Hegarty and its counselors are not responsible for any outcome
based on any advice obtained from this service. - Sineard Hegarty does not guarantee any particular results. Individual results may vary.
- Membership will be terminated due to non-payment if a payment fails to go through or is returned by PayPal or Stripe as incomplete in a time frame of 14 days.
- This type of counseling is peer counseling. The Sineard Hegarty coach is not a licensed medical professional. Though some may hold medical licenses or be medical professionals, any advice received is not to be taken as medical advice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to become a member and use any services or products Achievable Aesthetics offers.
- We reserve the right to change our prices and/or policies at any time. Any changes in prices will not affect any previously purchased services or subscriptions.
- If membership payments are discontinued/cancelled your membership will be terminated immediately or on the last date of your payment. All access to Sineard Hegarty and it's resources, Facebook groups, and coaches will be discontinued at the time of payment cancellation. You may rejoin at any time, but will be subject to an initial membership fee.
